 1.    Good luck for the New Year   turmeric-turnip green and black-eyed pea soup, cornbread croutons 

 2.    beef tartare  with harissa, avocado, hearts of palm, Georgia olive oil, salsify chips 

 3.    shrimp  stewed in plantain-peanut sauce, tomato-onion curtido, toasted Georgia peanuts 

 4.     roasted chicken thigh , braised endive, black pepper jus, persimmon-orange marmalade, aleppo 

 5.    Carolina Plantation rice pudding , pineapple brulee, lime, pomegranate, South Georgia cane syrup
