Blueberry Basque Cake
Basque Cake is a traditional style pound cake from the Basque region in Spain. It has a craveable salty-sweet flavor with a crusty exterior and moist interior. The first-of-the-season blueberries are lightly sweet-pickled. And the peach gelato, well, it takes this dessert over the edge.

Coconut Rice Pudding
This gluten-free delight is made with Anson Mills rice grits and a pudding of coconut milk and dulce de leche. The peaches are lightly poached in rosewater and pistachios add a nutty crunch to offer this creamy, delectable dessert.

Chocolate Olive Oil Cake
Chocolate lovers delight! This chocolate cake with a twist is rich and moist, with a hint of spicy-fruity flavor from the olive oil. Our cherries are poached in rosé wine for added oomph. Plus the cake itself is dairy-free!
