Four-courses, $28 per person  it’s optional, a la carte menu available as well  

 1. 
egg salad and pimento cheese to share, with toasts and veggies 

 2. 
smoked trout salad with local lettuces, marinated onions, hard boiled egg, capers, pecans, marble rye croutons, horseradish dressing 
or 
sauteed oyster mushrooms with Vidalias over soggy toast, fried egg and watercress   

 3. 
shaved Berkshire ham, seared asparagus, grilled ramp aioli, grilled bread 
or 
lamb kefte:  spiced lamb meatballs, carrot-caraway puree,  
cucumber salad, feta 

 4. 
yogurt panna cotta, strawberries and rhubarb 
or 
lemon poundcake with vanilla ice cream and blueberries
