Eat your vegetables… I have often thought about preparing a meat-less wine dinner. For one reason or another, the timing was never quite right. It’s now late-September, and the weather in northeast Georgia couldn’t be nicer. The heat has waned, it’s started to rain, the mornings are cool. The plants all around us couldn’t be happier. Farmer friends tell me their tomatoes are going to give us one last burst before frost. With this in mind, I am really excited to finally bring you a vegetarian dinner featuring beautiful French wines from John David Headrick Selections. I don’t think you’ll miss the meat, even if just for this once.
