First course: (choose one)

butter lettuce, jonah crab, avocado, grapefruit, chives, meyer lemon-almond vinaigrette

fried calamari, jalapeƱo, preserved lemon, aioli

butternut squash soup, mascarpone-pecan ravioli, chili oil

pizzette: pulled rabbit, roasted red pepper, green olive, parmesan, frisee with dijon

steak tartare, quail egg, house made potato chips

* tangerine granita palate cleanser



Second course: (choose one)

vegetable plate: stewed sweet potato, cauliflower, spinach, golden raisins, almonds
and Indian spices over coconut rice, housemade pickled vegetables, shredded green mango with mint

Gooseberry Cove cod filet, wrapped in La Quercia prosciutto, blistered potatoes,
fennel jam, roasted red pepper broth

Cornish game hen, ragout of root vegetables, wilted frisee, wild mushroom jus, salsa verde

grilled lamb t-bones, spinach-feta-filo pie, slow-roasted cherry tomato,
herb salad with pomegranate vinaigrette

grilled Kobe skirt steak, mashed sweet potatoes, goat cheese-stuffed poblano pepper,
pickled onions, crema, cilantro



Third course: (choose one)

warm chocolate cazuela (rich chocolate brownie), banana ice cream, caramel, peanut crunch

ice cream float: cheerwine, vanilla ice cream, brandy-soaked cherries, chocolate snow cap cookies

meyer lemon pudding cake, candied violets

olive oil-blood orange cake, sweet saffron whipped cream

1/4 pineapple: lime-sugar, pomegranate, Steen's cane syrup
